Cecil E. Graves, 72, of Bloomfield passed away at 3:35 A.M. Wednesday May 2, 2007 at his residence.
Born February 1, 1935 in Frankfort Kentucky he was the son of Ed & Stella (Webb) Graves.
He retired from CXS Railroad in 1996 with 28 years of service. He was a member of the Owensburg Baptist Church in Owensburg, Indiana.
Surviving relatives include his wife of 52 1/2 years Montra (Baker) Graves. 2 sons Tim Graves and his wife Carol of Bloomfield, John Graves of Bloomfield. His special friend & care giver Susan Fulford. 5 Grandchildren Jeremy Graves, Joel Graves, Jonathan Graves, Nick Graves, & Stephanie Graves. 1 Brother Gale Graves & his wife Joann of Henderson Kentucky. Several Nieces & Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers, & 3 sisters.
Friends may call from 12 Noon till the hour Friday May 4, 2007 at the Owensburg Baptist Church in Owensburg, Indiana.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday May 4, 2007 at the Owensburg Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Howell Cemetery in Koleen, Indiana.
