Our little angel, Bradley Jack Miller, 4 days old went to heaven on Thursday August 6, 2020 at Riley Hospital for children in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Born August 2, 2020 in Bloomington the son of Dakota and Madison (Wampler) Miller.
Bradley is survived by his loving parents, grandparents and extended family.
A graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday August 12, 2020 at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer with Pastor Ron Hawkins officiating.
The family wishes in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis in Bradley Jack Miller's name.
