Bobby E. Algood 67, of Solsberry, passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born February 27, 1952 in Wynn, Arkansas, he was the son of Clarence Edward and Betty Jean (Cagle) Algood.

He was a Lineman for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He attended the House of Prayer and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Dayton, Ohio.

Surviving relatives include: his wife, Lucille Algood whom he married November 1, 2001; his children, Laura Jean Algood, Clayton Edward Algood and Jesse Dwayne Algood; three brothers, Billy Jason Algood, Bryan Scott Algood and Joseph Lee Algood; grandchildren, Calem Asher Hall, Madalyn Ray Stott, Nathan Edwrad Algood and Emily Elizabeth Algood; his step children, Melody Dawn Henderson and Sarah Beth Thompson; and his step grandchildren, Delaney Henderson, Maxton Henderson, Isaac Wall and Emilie Goodman.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Interment will follow in Newark cemetery in rural Solsberry.

Public visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
