Billy Ray Pearson, 49, of Linton passed away Tuesday June 30, 2020.

Born February 15, 1971 in Linton, Indiana the son of Paul F. and Linda L. (Whaley) Pearson.

Billy was a rural mail carrier for the Bloomfield Post Office and a lifetime member of the Linton American Legion.

Surviving relatives include his parents, Paul and Linda Pearson of Bloomfield, one sister, Julia Ann Kirk of Bloomfield, two brothers, Paul Wesley Whaley of Solsberry, Paul Robert Pearson of Linton, he has three nephews, Kristopher Paul Boyd, Shane Levi Kirk, Zachery Pearson and one niece, Kylee Matthew.

Billy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Argle Pearson and Geneva Shields and his Maternal grandparents, Helen and William Whaley, and a brother-in-law Michael Ray Kirk Sr.

Friends may call from 11 A.M. on Monday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday ay Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
