Beverly Jane Skinner, 67, of Bloomfield, passed away at 10:46 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born February 3, 1947 in Linton, she was the daughter of William Sheldon and Hazel Josephine (Hamilton) Girdley.
She was a homemaker and also worked at White's Grocery in Bloomfield.
Surviving relatives include: her husband, Ronald Skinner of Bloomfield; two daughters, Melissa Kohlman and Alicia Johnson both of Bloomfield; her mother, Josephine Girdley of Bloomfield; four grandchildren, Brandon Skinner, Shane Lillie, Kassidy Kohlman and Noah Lombardi; and three great, grandchildren, Savanna, Melanie and Logan.
She was preceded in death by one son, William Douglas Skinner and her Father.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Interment will follow in Scotland cemetery.
Public visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday and 1 hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home.
