Betty Jo Martindale's Obituary
Betty Jo Hayes Martindale passed away peacefully at Glenburn Home on Monday, March 9, 2020.
Born July 12, 1925 to Vernon and Hulda (Workman) Hayes, Betty was the sixth of 10 children.
Preceded in her death were her parents, her husband Frederick Martindale, whom she married on May 1, 1946, and her son, Freddie Joe Martindale.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Karen Bohley, of Indianapolis; two granddaughters, Jamie Bohley of Indianapolis and Tara Bohley of Durham, North Carolina; one great-granddaughter, Meagan Evans, of Worthington; and one great-great-granddaughter, Maylee Zygai, also of Worthington.
Betty was a homemaker who dearly loved her family and will be greatly missed.
Friends may call between 1 and 2 pm on Sunday at Jenkins Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 2 pm Sunday at Jenkins Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Tolbert officiating.
