Bernard R. Veatch's Obituary
Bernard R. Veatch, 86, of Bloomfield passed away Tuesday August 23, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born September 13, 1935 in Greene County, Indiana the son of William H. and Olive Pearl (Roach) Veatch.
Bernard was retired from RCA in Bloomington and was a member of the Living Lights Ministry in Ridgeport.
Surviving relatives include his two sons, Terry W. (Margaret) Veatch, Michael Veatch, his grandchildren, Hannah (Bryan) Stephens, Brent Veatch, Trevor (Lindsay) Veatch, Brandon (Melissa) Veatch and Jason Veatch, his great grandchildren, Devon, Elaine, Cameron, Justin, Jacob, Gracie, Timber, Hunter, Glenn, Carter and Garrett.
Bernard was preceded in death by his wife Betty Joanne Veatch on July 10, 2015; and infant daughter Sherry Jo Veatch, five siblings and his parents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 P.M. until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday with Rev. Dave Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
The family wishes in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Living Lights Ministry in care of Jenkins Funeral Home.
