Amber Suzanne (Heard) Robison 64, of Bloomfield, passed away 3:27 p.m. Friday, December 24, 2010 at Bedford Medical Center.
Born November 2, 1946 in Linton, she was the daughter of Harlin Clinton and Wanda E. (Magee) Heard.
She was a private chef. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and Rebecca Lodge in Bloomfield. She was a member of the Mineral United Methodist Church where she belonged to the United Methodist Women and the Ladies aid.
Surviving relatives include: one sister, Martha Philipps (Pat) of Bloomfield; one brother, David Clinton Heard of Austin, Texas; four nieces, Mara Russo of Gulf Port Mississippi, Amber Laura Heard of Hollywood, California, Whitney Christine Heard of Austin, Texas, and Rachel E. Philipps of Bloomfield; one nephew, Joshua Clinton Philipps of Bloomfield, one niece Gianna Russo; six great nephews, Robert Gregory Russo, Maxamillian Russo, John David Russo, Dominic Frances Russo, Peter Julian Russo, and Michael Wayne Philipps three great nieces Mason Leigh Spicer, Piper Rain Philipps and Taiven Storm Philipps.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Mineral United Methodist Church, with Rev. Ralph Roach and Rev. Steve Eads officiating. Interment will be in Walnut Grove cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday at the church. Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Mineral United Methodist Church.
