Althea Caraway, 76, of Linton formally of Bloomfield went home to be with the Lord Monday, September 5, 2022 at Greene County General Hospital.

Born February 21, 1946 in Linton, the daughter of Clarence and Lois B. (Ledgerwood) Harris.

Surviving relatives include: her sister Christina (Larry) Riggle of Bloomfield; two sons, Drew Caraway of Brownsburg and Shannon Caraway of Linton; four nephews, one niece and several great nieces and nephews.

Althea was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kenneth A. Harris in 2008.

Althea loved mushroom hunting, fishing and being around her family.

Graveside services for Althea will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Scotland Cemetery, with Pastor Jeff Williams officiating.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 pm. on Friday, September 23, 2022 at the Bloomfield Refuge Assembly of God following Graveside Services.
