Aaron Michael Byers, 40, died Saturday, September 13, 2014 in Daviess County, Indiana.
He was born March 4, 1974 to Darrell Byers and Linda (Foley) Henry.
He graduated from Bloomfield High School and was self-employed as a concrete finisher.
He is survived by his children Dalton and Kaitlyn Byers of Bloomfield and his Fiancé Myra Winkel and they resided in Elnora, Indiana.
Also surviving are his parents, Darrell (Diana) Byers of Bloomfield and Linda (Mark) Henry of Newberry. His grandmothers Patricia L. Byers and Viola L. Foley both from Bloomfield. His sisters, Michelle (Russell) Brown and Nicole (Derrick) Tennant. One brother, Joseph (Stacy) Henry, and several nieces and nephews.
His greatest joy was being outdoors, hunting and fishing and spending time with his children.
He was preceded in death by one son, Danny Joseph Byers and grandfathers, Dallas D. Byers and Frank E. Foley.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Bloomfield First Christian Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Grandview cemetery, with Jeremy Clark and Craige Moore officiating.
