July 8, 1949 - December 7, 2020

Johnny Wayne Fields, 71, of Bloomfield passed away Monday December 7, 2020 at his residence. Born July 8, 1949 in Elkhorn, Kentucky the son of Lige and Belva (Wallace) Fields. Johnny was a U.S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam War, he had worked for Chrysler and various factories, he loved to fish, mushroom hunt, his Harley Davison Motor Cycle and his Dodge Challenger. Johnny was a member of the Bloomfield and Linton American Legion and the Linton VFW. Surviving relatives include his wife, Charlene Fields, his children, Melanie (Mitchell) Adkins, Jonda (Randall) Williamson, Robert (Jane) Manthe, Terri Tscheulin, Annette (Robb) Smith, Bethany (Kurt) Cloutier, eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one sister Nancy Mullins. Johnny was preceded in death by six siblings and his parents. Friends may call from 11 A.M. on Thursday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Scott Chastain officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
