Wilma Jean (Smith) Vance, 81, passed away at her home in Chula Vista, California. She was a self-employed businesswoman for many years in Chula Vista. She was prededed in death by her husband, Stanley L. Vance; her parents John and Susan Smith; and two brothers and three sisters.
There will be a Graveside Service at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield at 2:00 P.M. Sunday January 7, 2007 with the Rev. Keith Long officiating. There is no public visitation. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield in charge of local arrangements.
