Vonda K. Rentschler, 57, of Bloomington passed away Saturday December 21, 2013 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born May 22, 1956 in Monroe County, Indiana the daughter of Duane Gerdes and Sharon Kay (Gaskins) Lee.
Vonda was an accountant and bookkeeper. She was a member of the Cross Roads United Methodist Church, she enjoyed crocheting, camping, camp fires, fishing with Randy and her dogs.
Surviving relatives include her husband Randy Rentschler of Bloomington, her children, Shala Sherri Manuel and Lou Ella (Ellie) Manuel both of Bloomington, three grandchildren, Jordan Gerkin, Trae Miller and Alexis Miller, her mother Sharon Kay Lee of Bedford, a brother, Butch Ruyon of Florida and her mother-in-law Norma Duke of Bloomington.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Anna.
Friends may call from 12:00 Noon on Thursday December 26, 2013 until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Burial will follow at Clover Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, Indiana.
