Tami Joann Smith, 37, of Crown Point, passed away at 1:40 a.m. Sunday, December 4, 2011 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born November 5, 1974 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Jerry K. Smith and Linda A. (Bailey) Bland.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving relatives include: her children, Draydon J. Jerrell, Shanae L. Jerrell, Ashley J. Whitfield and Addison M. Kracowski; her mother, Linda A. Bland of Springville; father, Jerry K. Smith of Bloomfield; and one brother, Garry Joe Jackson of Owensburg.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Wayne and Betty Bailey and her paternal grandparents, Harlan and Selma Smith.
Public visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Private services will be held at Flynn cemetery at a later date.
