Sibyl Rose Jensen, 94, of Tom River, New Jersey, passed away at 7:36 A.M. on Tuesday March 7, 2017 at the Ocean Medical Center in Brick, New Jersey.

Born March 26, 1922 in Linton, Indiana she was the daughter of Charles and Julia (Barker) Anderson. She was married to LeRoy Jensen.

She attended the Bloomfield First Presbyterian Church while she lived in the Bloomfield area.

Survivors include one daughter, Karen Martin of Philadelphia, PA; three sons, Daniel Jensen of the Philippines, Donald Jensen of Bloomington, Charles Jensen of California, she has five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday March 18, 2017 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Burial will follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Newberry.
