Kevin Scott "Yeti" Hurst, 27, of Bloomfield, passed away at 1:25 p.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at his residence.
Born October 12, 1988 in Bloomington, he was the son of Charles John and Karen Jean (Collins) Hurst.
Surviving relatives include: his parents, Charles and Karen Hurst of Bloomfield; two brothers, Steven Hurst of Bloomington and Michael Hurst of Ellettsville; his grandparents, Jean Burgess and Kent Meadows of Bloomington and Emily Hurst of Shelbyville; honorary siblings, Josh Baker and Nicole Seitz; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Frank "Lefty" Hurst.
There will be no public visitation. A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Karst Farm in Bloomington.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Jenkins Funeral Home to defray the cost of final expenses.
