Jessie Phillips Hall, 101, of Crane, Indiana passed away Wednesday September 28, 2016 at the Linton Nursing and Rehab.

Born September 4, 1915 in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Jessie was a Navy veteran of WWII, she was a school teacher, teaching at Crane and Loogootee elementary schools, she was a member of the Newberry Eastern Star.

Surviving relatives include her children, Ann Hall of Crane and Richard Hall (Loretta) of Bloomington, she has one grandson, Joshua Hall (Melissa) and two great grandchildren, Jason Hall and Ryan Hall.

Jessie was preceded in death by her husband Eugene G. Hall on May 1, 2001; one grandson Jason Hall two brothers, Richard Phillips, Ashby Phillips and one sister Rosalie Wright.

Friends may call from 1 P.M. until the hour on Tuesday October 4, 2016 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday October 4, 2016 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Bob Bruner officiating. Burial will follow at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland with Military Honors.
