Hildegard Lawless, 73, of Bloomfield passed away at 12:50 A.M. on March 25, 2009 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.
Born March 7, 1936 in Bad Kreuznach, Germany she was the daughter of Karl and Germania (Fletcher) Weber.
Hildegard worked at the Bloomfield Nursing Home as a Dietitian and an Aid.
Surviving relatives include two daughters Janey M. Borders of Spencer, Indiana and Gina Moreno and husband Alfredo of Lyons, Indiana. One son Don Lawless and his wife Sandy of Bloomfield. Five grandchildren Melinda Hill and husband Dave of Bedford, Indiana; Donald L. Borders III of Linton, Indiana; Anna Moreno, Christian Moreno and A.J. Moreno all of Lyons, Indiana. Two step-grandchildren Michael McKamey of Bloomington, Indiana and Kimberly McKamey of Bloomfield, Indiana. Two great grandchildren Ashlyn Hill and Orion Hill. One Brother and three sisters.
Hildegard was preceded in death by her parents, Husband and one brother.
Friends may cal from 4 to 8 P.M. on Thursday March 26, 2009 and Noon until the hour Friday March 27, 2009 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Friday March 27, 2009 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Bob Lorimer officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
