Douglas Keith Plummer, 65, of Bloomfield passed away Tuesday October 1, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Born November 18, 1958 in Wahington, Indiana the son of William Garland Plummer and Virginia Carol (Breeden) Sears.
Douglas was a Material Handler for Metal Technologies in Bloomfield; he was a Navy Veteran. Douglas loved working on vehicles and was a member of the Odon, Indiana VFW Post 9627.
Surviving relatives include his wife Robin Plummer, his five children, Robert Perry, Darren Perry, Jr., Audra (Jeremy) Reynolds, Dustin Perry, William Plummer, his grandchildren, Alexis, Cheyanne, Denise, Reese, Lance, Hunter, Kayden, Darren III, Winter, Aryana, Lillian, Jazymn, Liam, Ridley, Xariah, Xaviah, one great granddaughter, Lily Mae, his siblings, Alan Kent Plummer, Mark Kelly Plummer (Caroline Jayne), Gretchen Kathleen Plummer and nieces and nephews, Marisa, Adrian, Jennifer and Rachel.
Douglas was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Kevin Plummer and his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday October 8, 2024 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon.
The family wishes any memorial donations in Douglas's name be given to Jenkins Funeral Home.
