Doris Louise Poynter, 83, of Linton, In. passed away at 12:15 P.M. Tuesday December 20, 2005 at Linton Nursing & Rehab in Linton.
Born April 28, 1922 in Linton, Indiana she was the daughter of Charles & Bessie (Weaver) Poynter
She was a homemaker.
Survivers include 1 son Timothy Poynter of Linton, In. 4 1/2 sisters Donetta Kent of Midland, Barbara Weddle of Linton, Helen Fulk of Switz City, Judy Thompson of Hymera.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesse Poynter on November 15, 1998. 1 son Ronald Poynter in 1964, 1 brother Richard Bechtel.
Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday December 22, 2005 at Stafford Cemetery with the Rev Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will be at Stafford Cemetery.
There is no calling.
