Dorinda Kay Bauer, 47, of Solsberry, passed away at 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born January 17, 1967 in Washington, North Carolina, she was the Daughter of Klenith James and Joyce Ann (Tuten) English.
She worked for KeHE Distributors in Bloomington.
Surviving relatives include: her husband, James R. Bauer of Solsberry; children, Josh Corlett, Brandi Corlett, Sara Ann Newton and Shelby Newton all of Solsberry; her father, James English of Solsberry; one brother, James English of Solsberry; one 1/2 sister, Edith Ervin of San Antonio, Texas; step father, Charles Deckard of Solsberry; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Shaylee Kay Early and her mother, Joyce Ann English.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Larry Michell officiating. Interment will follow in Solsberry cemetery.
Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 1 hour prior to services Sunday at the funeral home.
