Dominique Michelle Tafoya, 19, of Solsberry, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. She was born August 15, 1996 in Mountain Home, Arkansas and was the daughter of Steven and Jennifer Tafoya. She was raised in Indiana, graduated from Eastern Greene High School, and was a member of the Solsberry Christian Church.

She was most known for her outgoing attitude and energetic personality. Dominique was the kind of person who had never met a stranger. Her friends quickly became known as her sisters or brothers and their parents where called Mom or Dad.

Her energy was expressed through gymnastics and a playful nature. She spent many hours jumping, twirling, and showing off her God given gifts for flexibility and balance. This allowed her to keep up with her older brother's love to wrestle and rough house. She also had a passion for caring for young children, especially babies. This made her a wonderful and caring older sister.

Her joyful spirit touched many lives and will be missed by all.

Memorial visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Solsberry Christian Church. Memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at the church. The family asks that everyone remember the light of her life and bring stories and memories to share with others.
