Calvin Coolidge Price, 90, of Bloomfield, passed away at 11:54 a.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Shakamak Good Samaritan Center in Jasonville.

Born November 3, 1924 in Greene County, he was the son of Curtis and Laura (Burch) Price.

Calvin was a supervisor for NSWC Crane and a member of Ridgeport Community Church. He served his country in World War II with the United States Army.

Surviving relatives include: his wife, Naomi Price of Bloomfield; daughters, Linda VanHentenryck and June Miller both of Bloomfield, Wanda Gluff of Indianapolis and Kathy Aldridge of Muncie; one brother, Richard Price of Bloomfield; eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one grandson, seven siblings and his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Tony Michael officiating. Interment will follow in Dishman cemetery in rural Springville.

Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and 1 hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Shakamak Good Samaritan Center.
