Bobby Ray Hamilton, 77, of Linton, passed away at 5:10 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at his residence.

Born June 26, 1940 in Linton, he was the son of Bernard W. and Iona (Slough) Hamilton.

Bobby retired as a building supervisor for NSWC Crane and was a member of the Linton Elks lodge and American Legion Post 196 in Bloomfield.

Surviving relatives include: his wife, Diana Lynn (Floyd) Hamilton whom he married May 31, 1986; children, Terri Windhorst of Indianapolis; Ron Kindred of Terre Haute and Carri Quakenbush of Bloomfield; grandchildren, Ryan Bradley, Chelsi Feathers, Casey Norris and Johni Muscatell; one great grandchild, Camden Gibson; one sister, Cora Lee Raus; and many nieces, nephews and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Arlen Pope officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 1 hour prior to services on Sunday at the funeral home.
